Dale R. Scott, P.Eng.
Dale R. Scott has an extensive cross-functional background, having held a variety of roles in engineering, product development, manufacturing, project management, sales and technical support services, in a variety of organizations. Dale holds a B.Eng. in Computer Engineering, a certificates in Computer Science with business specialization, and a certificate in PMI-Based project management, and is a registered professional engineer and member of APEGA. In 2006, Dale began applying proven open-source software technologies to address business process management.
Mr. Scott is currently the Engineering Manufacturing Team Leader for Baker Hughes Inc., with responsibility for electronics manufacturing, maintenance and technical field support for Baker Hughes’ Calgary-based pipeline inspection business.
In addition to bicycle commuting to work as often as possible on Calgary’s scenic pathway and single-track system (and winter cycling with some equally crazy friends), Dale also enjoys hiking and skiing with his family.
